The Corporate Power Reset approach is spreading rapidly.
A constitutional voter initiative has been filed in Montana and is headed for the state’s 2026 ballot. The form of a previous version was successfully challenged by the state's attorney general, but organizers have redrafted and resubmitted.
Bills have been introduced and are active in California, Georgia, Hawaii, Maryland, Minnesota, Missouri, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington state; a bill was introduced in Virginia but failed to get out of committee. Potential sponsors have draft bills in hand in Connecticut, Kansas, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.
The Corporate Power Reset is active in 23 states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Hawaii, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, and Washington.
